Terms and Conditions

1. About VoxFati

VoxFati is a trading name operated by Zipzappa Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08540440. References to “VoxFati”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Zipzappa Ltd unless the context clearly refers to an independent seller, Course Creator, Live Expert, advertiser or other third party.

VoxFati operates a specialist platform focused on spiritual, esoteric, divination, symbolic, reflective and related wellbeing-interest content. The platform may include digital tools, memberships, marketplace listings, courses, live sessions, community features, advertising, messaging and other services that we introduce from time to time.

2. Contract documents and order of priority

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Entertainment and Spiritual Services Disclaimer, Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content Policy, Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy and any specialist commercial terms that apply to a feature you use.

Marketplace Sellers are additionally bound by the Marketplace Seller Terms; Course Creators by the Course Creator Terms; Live Experts by the Live Expert Provider Terms; Community users by the Community Terms and Guidelines; and advertisers by the Advertising Terms. Commercial users are also bound by the Commercial Eligibility and Payment Restrictions policy.

Product pages, checkout pages, booking confirmations and other transaction-specific information may contain additional terms such as price, duration, delivery method, cancellation window or seller identity. Those transaction-specific details form part of the relevant contract.

3. Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a VoxFati account. By registering, purchasing, selling, publishing or otherwise using account-only functions, you represent that you satisfy the applicable age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Commercial roles — including Marketplace Seller, Course Creator, Live Expert and Advertiser — are strictly available only to adults aged 18 or over and may require identity, business, tax, banking, sanctions, country or payment-provider verification.

You must not create an account using false identity information, impersonate another person, conceal your true location for the purpose of avoiding legal or payment restrictions, or permit another person who is not eligible to operate a commercial account through your identity.

4. VoxFati services and third-party activity

VoxFati may both supply services directly and provide technology through which independent third parties offer products, courses, sessions or other permitted content. The supplier identity shown on a listing, booking or checkout page is important because responsibilities may differ depending on who supplies the item or service.

• VoxFati services include tools, memberships, reports, digital features and content supplied directly by Zipzappa Ltd.
• VoxFati Shop products are products for which VoxFati or Zipzappa Ltd is identified as seller.
• Independent Marketplace products are supplied by the seller identified on the listing.
• Courses may be created by VoxFati or by an independent Course Creator.
• Live Expert sessions are supplied by the individual independent provider identified in the booking.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, an independent provider remains responsible for the truthfulness, legality, quality, safety and fulfilment of their own offering. VoxFati may provide payment, hosting, discovery, moderation, support and dispute tools without becoming the author, professional adviser, manufacturer or guarantor of the third party’s statements or performance.

5. Platform purpose and subject-matter limits

VoxFati is not intended to be a general-purpose marketplace or general online-classified service. Commercial offerings and promotional content must have a genuine and material relationship to the spiritual, esoteric, divination, astrology, symbolic, mindfulness, reflective, personal-growth or closely related subject areas for which the platform is designed.

Examples of potentially relevant subject areas include tarot, oracle, astrology, numerology, crystals, chakras, dream interpretation, mythology, meditation, spiritual journaling, symbolism, ritual practice, divination history, intuitive practice and related non-clinical personal reflection.

VoxFati may reject or remove otherwise lawful material that is materially off-topic. For example, ordinary household goods, unrelated fashion, car parts, general construction tutorials or a course on building furniture may be rejected if they have no genuine connection to the platform’s subject matter. Adding superficial spiritual keywords to an unrelated offering does not make it eligible.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a security failure for which VoxFati is legally responsible. You should use a unique password, keep contact information current and notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You must not buy, sell, rent or transfer accounts, share credentials for the purpose of bypassing access limits, or attempt to obtain another user’s credentials. Commercial accounts may not be transferred to a different owner without our approval and any required re-verification.

We may require password reset, additional authentication, identity verification or temporary restrictions if we identify suspicious activity, payment risk, unusual location changes, account takeover indicators or other legitimate security concerns.

7. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

Your use of VoxFati must comply with our Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content Policy. That policy applies to listings, courses, live sessions, posts, comments, reviews, messages, profile text, images, files, links, advertisements, embeds and other material submitted to the platform.

Among other things, you must not use VoxFati for unlawful activity, fraud, scams, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, pornography, spam, malicious code, intellectual-property infringement, prohibited products, fake engagement, review manipulation, phishing, impersonation or circumvention of platform safeguards.

We may consider context, intent, severity, repetition, harm, legal obligations, prior warnings and credible evidence when enforcing these rules. A violation need not result in financial loss before we take action.

8. Spiritual, psychic and divination content

Tarot, astrology, oracle, numerology, dream interpretation, psychic, clairvoyant and similar content is interpretive and subjective. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a qualified professional service, VoxFati spiritual content is intended for entertainment, creative exploration, personal reflection and general informational purposes.

No user, seller, creator, expert or advertiser may guarantee supernatural outcomes, present a prediction as verified fact, or exploit fear or vulnerability. Prohibited examples include guaranteed curse removal, claims that payment is necessary to prevent imminent misfortune, guaranteed return of a partner, guaranteed pregnancy, guaranteed investment or gambling results, or assertions that a user will die or suffer a specific disaster unless they purchase a service.

Spiritual content must not be presented as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, emergency or safeguarding assistance. See the Entertainment and Spiritual Services Disclaimer for additional limitations.

9. Purchases, checkout and pricing

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the supplier identity, description, total price, taxes where shown, recurring or one-time nature of the purchase, delivery or access method, cancellation information and any material limitations displayed during checkout.

Prices may change prospectively. A price change does not normally alter a completed purchase, but recurring subscription pricing may change for future billing periods where we provide any notice required by law or contract.

An order is subject to successful payment authorisation and any applicable fraud, sanctions or compliance checks. We may cancel or reverse an order where required by law, where payment fails, where a listing is unlawful or unavailable, or where the transaction presents a material fraud or security concern.

10. Digital access and digital content

Digital content and account access may be delivered immediately after successful payment. Where applicable consumer law requires express consent or acknowledgement before immediate digital supply affects a cancellation right, the relevant checkout flow should obtain that consent and acknowledgement.

Access may depend on an active account, supported device, internet connection and compliance with these Terms. Unless expressly permitted, purchasing a digital item grants a personal licence or access right rather than ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You must not redistribute, resell, scrape, mass-download, publicly repost or circumvent technical controls protecting paid digital content unless the rights holder or applicable law permits it.

11. Recurring subscriptions

If a service is sold as recurring, it renews according to the billing interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled or otherwise ended. You authorise the payment method on file to be charged for renewal amounts and applicable taxes, subject to payment-provider rules.

You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method made available to you. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than retroactively refunding time already provided, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, we may retry collection, request an updated method, temporarily restrict paid features or end the subscription. We are not responsible for fees imposed directly by your bank or payment provider.

12. Marketplace purchases

For an independent Marketplace listing, the seller identified on the listing is responsible for the product, description, authenticity, lawful sale, product-specific warnings, fulfilment, shipping information and seller obligations. VoxFati may assist with moderation, payments, support and disputes without becoming the manufacturer or seller unless VoxFati is expressly identified as such.

Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and should inspect seller-specific terms before ordering. Multi-seller orders may result in separate charges, packages, delivery times, return processes or communications.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that legally apply to an online marketplace transaction. Our ability to facilitate a refund or remedy does not necessarily replace the independent seller’s own legal responsibility.

13. Courses

Courses may contain video, text, audio, downloads, exercises, certificates, quizzes, spiritual material and other educational content. Course descriptions should identify the principal subject matter, creator and any material prerequisites or limitations.

Course Creators remain responsible for originality, accuracy, copyright permissions, qualifications claimed, lawful content and compliance with the Course Creator Terms. A course appearing on VoxFati does not mean VoxFati independently verifies every factual, spiritual or professional statement in that course.

Where a course is removed, suspended or materially changed, VoxFati may take reasonable steps concerning existing student access, refunds, replacement access or creator payouts according to the circumstances, applicable law and the Course Creator Terms.

14. Live Experts

Live Experts are independent providers unless a booking expressly identifies otherwise. They are responsible for conducting sessions professionally, keeping within permitted subject matter, respecting boundaries, protecting personal information and complying with the Live Expert Provider Terms.

A Live Expert must never exploit a user’s vulnerability, create fear to obtain additional payments, request passwords or payment credentials, provide sexual services, groom or sexualise minors, or present spiritual guidance as guaranteed professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Availability, session length, price, cancellation terms and refund treatment may vary by booking. VoxFati may retain booking records and relevant communications where reasonably necessary for payment, safety, moderation, disputes or legal compliance.

15. Community

The Community is intended for genuine discussion, sharing and interaction relevant to VoxFati’s subject matter. Users must communicate respectfully and comply with the Community Terms and Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

Community access does not grant a right to advertise repeatedly, send unsolicited commercial messages, harvest contact details, manipulate reviews, recruit users into scams or move transactions off-platform in order to avoid fees or protections.

We may moderate posts, comments, profiles, messages, reviews and other user-generated content. We do not promise to pre-screen every item before publication, but we may investigate reports and take action where content violates our rules or legal obligations.

16. Advertising

Advertising purchased or submitted through VoxFati must comply with the Advertising Terms. Ads must be truthful, non-deceptive, appropriately substantiated where claims require evidence and suitable for the VoxFati audience.

Advertisers remain responsible for ad copy, creative material, landing pages, offers, disclosures, testimonials, endorsements, intellectual-property rights, privacy practices and applicable sector-specific laws. Approval of an advertisement does not constitute VoxFati endorsement of the advertised product or claim.

We may refuse or stop an advertisement because of policy, quality, safety, legal, payment, reputational or thematic concerns, even where the advertisement is not independently unlawful.

17. Countries, sanctions and payment eligibility

Commercial features are available only where VoxFati, its payment providers, card networks, banking partners and applicable law permit the specific activity. Eligibility may depend on country of residence, business location, payout destination, identity, sanctions status, product category and the nature of the service.

You must not conceal or falsify location, identity, beneficial ownership or service type to bypass a geographic, sanctions, payment-provider or category restriction. Using VPNs, nominees, false addresses or misdescribed business activity for that purpose is prohibited.

Commercial eligibility may change without a change in your conduct because payment processors, banking partners, governments or card networks may change their rules. See the Commercial Eligibility and Payment Restrictions policy for more detail.

18. Fees, commissions and taxes

Commercial users are responsible for reviewing the fees, commissions, subscriptions, processing costs or other charges disclosed for the feature they use. Where VoxFati deducts platform fees from a transaction, the relevant dashboard or commercial terms may show the calculation.

Commercial users remain responsible for their own income, sales, VAT, GST, customs and other tax obligations unless applicable law requires VoxFati or a payment provider to collect, deduct or report an amount. We may request tax information where reasonably required for compliance.

Fees already earned for services provided may remain payable following suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and any express refund or payout provisions.

19. Payment providers

VoxFati may use Stripe, Stripe Connect or other processors for payments, onboarding, payouts, refunds, fraud prevention and compliance. Use of those services may also be subject to the processor’s own terms and verification requirements.

A payment provider may refuse, delay, reverse, hold or investigate a transaction independently of VoxFati. We may also be required to provide transaction or identity information to payment providers where lawful and necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention, sanctions screening or disputes.

VoxFati does not guarantee that any particular payment method, currency, payout country or commercial category will remain supported indefinitely.

20. Cancellations, refunds and chargebacks

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the supplier, product type, timing, whether digital content has begun, whether a service has been performed, the applicable consumer law and any specific policy displayed at purchase. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the platform’s general approach.

A chargeback is not a substitute for contacting support where a normal refund or dispute process is available. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, repeated false claims or attempts to obtain both a refund and a chargeback may result in investigation and account restrictions.

Nothing in our policies prevents you from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Delivery and fulfilment

Digital VoxFati services are normally supplied electronically. Physical Marketplace products are fulfilled by the seller identified on the listing unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates unless a binding date is expressly agreed.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Sellers are responsible for appropriate packaging, lawful shipment, customs documentation where required and responding reasonably to missing or damaged delivery issues.

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, restrictions or delays outside VoxFati’s reasonable control. See the Delivery Policy for more information.

22. Intellectual property

VoxFati software, branding, visual identity, original site content and platform materials belong to Zipzappa Ltd or its licensors. Except where expressly allowed, you may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, create derivative services from or commercially exploit protected VoxFati material.

Users and commercial providers retain ownership of intellectual property they lawfully own in content they submit, but grant VoxFati the licences reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, format, moderate, display, distribute and promote that content in connection with the platform and the relevant specialist terms.

You must have the rights needed for everything you upload. We may remove material following a credible intellectual-property complaint and may suspend repeat infringers.

23. Moderation, investigations and evidence

VoxFati may review content and account activity where necessary to enforce policies, respond to reports, investigate fraud, protect users, comply with legal duties or preserve platform integrity. Reviews may be automated, manual or a combination of both.

Depending on the issue, we may remove or restrict content, disable messaging, cancel a listing, pause advertising, withhold publication, restrict a feature, suspend an account, preserve evidence, request information, hold payouts where contractually or legally permitted, or permanently terminate access.

We may cooperate with payment providers, regulators, courts, law enforcement or other competent authorities where legally required or where permitted for legitimate fraud, safety or rights-protection purposes.

24. Service availability and changes

We aim to operate VoxFati reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, third-party outages, legal requirements or product changes may temporarily affect functionality.

We may add, modify, retire or replace features. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will take any notice, remedy or refund steps required by law or expressly promised in the applicable purchase terms.

You are responsible for retaining copies of content that you are independently required to preserve, unless a service expressly promises permanent storage.

25. Third-party services and links

VoxFati may integrate or link to payment providers, video platforms, fulfilment providers, email services, analytics providers, social networks and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

A link or integration does not mean VoxFati guarantees the third party’s availability, security, claims or conduct. You should review third-party terms before using an external service.

26. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee that using VoxFati will produce a particular personal, spiritual, financial, relationship, health, educational, audience, sales or business outcome. Course completion does not by itself confer an accredited professional qualification unless this is expressly and lawfully stated.

Spiritual interpretations, reviews, ratings, recommendations, search placement and popularity signals are not guarantees of accuracy or future performance.

27. Responsibility and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights or other liability protected by applicable law.

Subject to that rule, VoxFati is not responsible for losses caused by your misuse of the platform, reliance on spiritual or entertainment content as professional advice, unlawful conduct by an independent provider where VoxFati is not legally responsible for that conduct, events outside our reasonable control, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

Where you use VoxFati for business or commercial purposes, additional limitations and indemnity provisions in the applicable commercial terms may apply. Nothing in those provisions removes liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.

28. Commercial-user indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Sellers, Course Creators, Live Experts and Advertisers agree to be responsible for claims, losses, penalties, chargebacks, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from their unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, false claims, unsafe products, breach of applicable commercial terms or failure to comply with legal duties for which they are responsible.

This provision does not require a commercial user to indemnify VoxFati for losses caused solely by VoxFati’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct where such liability cannot properly be transferred.

29. Suspension and termination

You may stop using VoxFati at any time, subject to outstanding payment, order, refund, payout, tax, evidence-retention or contractual obligations. Account deletion does not automatically erase records we must retain for law, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legitimate safety purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated policy violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity, sanctions risk, payment-provider requirements, threats to user safety, platform security abuse or other material breach.

Where appropriate, we may use proportionate measures before permanent termination, such as warnings or feature restrictions. Serious child-safety, fraud, sexual exploitation, security or illegal-content issues may justify immediate action.

30. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulation, products, payment systems, safety standards, platform features or business operations. The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date.

For material changes affecting an ongoing paid relationship, we will provide any notice required by law or contract. Continued use after a change takes effect may constitute acceptance where legally permitted, but this does not remove cancellation or other mandatory rights.

31. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory rule allowing or requiring a consumer dispute to be brought elsewhere.
