Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and legal agreement

VoxFati is operated by Zipzappa Ltd, trading as VoxFati, established in United Kingdom under company number 08540440, with registered address at 70 Bellona Drive, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE2 8FU, United Kingdom.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Zipzappa Ltd in relation to the VoxFati platform services that we provide. When you purchase goods or services from an independent Marketplace Seller, Course Creator, Live Expert or another third-party provider, a separate contract may also arise between you and that provider. The identity of the relevant supplier should be shown on the applicable listing, profile, checkout, order confirmation or other transaction information.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use VoxFati. By creating an account, purchasing a service, publishing content, applying for a commercial role or otherwise using a feature that requires acceptance, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and any applicable specialist terms.

2. Platform purpose and permitted subject areas

VoxFati is a specialist platform, not a general-purpose marketplace or professional-services directory. All commercial listings, paid sessions, courses, advertising, and promotional Community content must have a genuine and substantial connection to spirituality, symbolic studies, mindful living, gentle wellbeing education, ritual-inspired arts, crystals, meaningful jewellery, contemplative home décor or closely related creative practices. A marketing description that merely adds the words “spiritual”, “energy” or “wellness” to an unrelated product does not establish eligibility.

Eligible study and reflective practice may include astrology and horoscope symbolism, tarot and oracle cards, numerology, dream symbolism, meditation, breath awareness, journaling, Reiki as an educational or personal spiritual tradition, contemplation, sacred geometry, mandalas, mythology, folklore, nature-inspired ritual, sound-based relaxation, and relevant non-clinical yoga or gentle movement. We may accept art, books, printable guides, meditation recordings, decks, minerals and geological specimens, handmade or ethically sourced jewellery, talismans presented as symbolic objects, candles, incense, fragrance diffusers, cushions, altar accessories, wall art, ceramics and home decorations whose intended purpose fits that theme.

General electronics, software training, bookkeeping, ordinary business coaching, ecommerce tutorials, career counselling, investment education, fashion or beauty services without a genuine connection to this specialist purpose, general household appliances, generic consumer goods and unrelated collectibles are outside VoxFati's permitted commercial scope, even if they are legal elsewhere. An item such as a vintage coin, antique or art object may be reviewed only where its historical, symbolic, ceremonial or relevant collecting context is substantial and accurately explained; generic numismatic trading is not automatically eligible.

VoxFati may request evidence of provenance, ingredients, product safety, seller identity, the precise service delivered and any required processor approval. We may refuse, unpublish or remove offerings that are off-topic, unsafe, deceptive, unlawful or unsupported by a payment provider. Prior approval or a previously published listing does not create a right to continue offering it after these standards change; affected providers will be given notice where reasonably practicable and subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

3. Scope and incorporated policies

These Terms apply to the VoxFati website, mobile applications where available, user accounts, Marketplace, Courses, Live Experts, Community, advertising, referrals, subscriptions, digital tools, downloadable or generated content, social publishing features and other services made available by VoxFati.

Additional policies and specialist terms form part of the agreement where relevant, including the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content Policy, Marketplace Seller Terms, Course Creator Terms, Live Expert Provider Terms, Community Terms and Guidelines, Advertising Terms, Referral Program Terms, Commercial Eligibility rules, Delivery Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout or during onboarding. If a specific rule conflicts with a general rule, the more specific rule applies to the feature or transaction concerned.

4. Eligibility and age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create a general VoxFati account unless a higher age is stated for a particular feature. Commercial activities, payouts, contractual commitments, identity verification, advertising, Live Expert services and other features may require you to be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering the relevant agreement.

You must not use VoxFati if applicable law prohibits you from doing so, if you are subject to sanctions or restrictions that make the activity unlawful, or if a payment provider or other required service provider does not support the activity in your location. VoxFati may apply geographic, age, verification or category restrictions where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention or payment-provider reasons.

5. Accounts, information and security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or maintaining an account and must keep material account information reasonably up to date. You must not create an account using a false identity, impersonate another person or business, misrepresent your qualifications or authority, or use an account that you are not authorised to control.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access. You must notify VoxFati promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require password resets, additional verification or temporary restrictions where reasonably necessary to protect the account or the platform.

6. Identity, business and professional verification

VoxFati may request identity, address, business, tax, bank, payment-account, qualification, insurance, licence, provenance or other verification where reasonably necessary to operate a commercial feature, process or release payouts, investigate fraud, verify a regulated claim, satisfy a payment-provider requirement or comply with law.

Verification does not amount to an endorsement of a provider or a guarantee of the quality or outcome of their goods or services. You remain responsible for checking whether a product, service or provider is suitable for your own needs.

7. Acceptable use

You must use VoxFati lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, spam, fake engagement, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful sales, deceptive claims, malicious software, unauthorised access, payment abuse, sanctions evasion and attempts to bypass platform restrictions.

The Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content Policy provides detailed rules on prohibited products, services, content and conduct and applies across the platform.

8. Community

Community discussions should relate meaningfully to meditation, mindfulness, tarot, astrology, mythology, dream reflection, crystal and mineral education, spiritual and symbolic art, contemplative crafts, jewellery, mindful spaces, fragrances, candles, books and related practices. Respectful exchange of personal experiences and historical or cultural interpretations is welcome; users should describe beliefs as beliefs and avoid presenting speculation as verified evidence.

Community is not a channel for advertising unrelated merchandise, recruiting into multi-level marketing, selling trading systems, promoting investment products, offering psychological therapy, soliciting private medical or financial details, or moving prohibited transactions to external messaging services. An occasional personal remark about work, money or mental wellbeing may be acceptable as context, but sustained promotion, service provision or instructions in these excluded fields is not.

For sensitive or distressing posts, participants may offer general kindness and recommend appropriate professional or emergency support, but must not diagnose another user, perform counselling, prescribe interventions, guarantee a supernatural cure or exploit vulnerability. Moderators may remove off-topic promotions, misleading claims or content which places users at risk.

9. Ownership and licence for user content

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights that you lawfully hold in content you submit to VoxFati. You grant Zipzappa Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, reproduce, display, transmit, resize, format, technically adapt, moderate and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the relevant VoxFati features.

Where you intentionally publish content publicly, the licence also allows VoxFati to feature, excerpt or promote that public content through VoxFati-owned or VoxFati-managed channels, provided that we do not claim ownership of your underlying work. Where additional commercial usage rights are required, separate terms or permissions may apply.

10. Marketplace

Acceptable Marketplace items must have a real connection with VoxFati's specialist subjects. Examples include tarot or oracle decks; astrology charts and educational guides; dream journals; meditation mats and cushions; mineral specimens and crystals; ethically sourced gemstones; symbolic necklaces, bracelets, pendants and jewellery; handmade talismans sold as decorative or symbolic objects; candles, incense, diffusers and ambient fragrances; sound bowls and suitable acoustic instruments; botanical and nature-inspired decorative objects; sacred-geometry prints; altar cloths, holders, ceramics, wall art, textile décor, spiritual books and relevant digital downloads.

Home and interior products qualify when designed or marketed for a contemplative, symbolic, ritual-inspired or mindful environment. A decorative lamp with meaningful design, meditation seating, a mandala tapestry or a candle-holder may qualify; an ordinary refrigerator, generic mobile phone, fitness supplement, general cosmetics range or unrelated household commodity does not. Clothing and accessories must similarly have a genuine symbolic, mindful or related artistic design rather than being admitted solely because they are fashion products.

Sellers must describe materials accurately. A crystal's geological identity, whether a gemstone is natural, laboratory-grown, treated or imitation, metal composition, dimensions, provenance, fragrance ingredients, candle safety information, electrical certification and any regulated product warnings must not be misrepresented. Statements about “protection”, “energy”, “luck” or “healing” may be used only as clearly identified cultural beliefs or symbolism, not factual guarantees or medical claims.

Restricted or unsuitable goods include ingestible products and supplements, CBD/THC and other controlled products, alcohol, tobacco or nicotine, unsafe cosmetics, weapons, harmful chemicals, counterfeit or stolen objects, wildlife or cultural-property contraband, products with misleading healing claims, and unrelated general merchandise. Listings involving antiques, historical objects, coins or gemstones may require additional provenance or category review. Approval is discretionary and subject to law, consumer safety and payment-provider rules.

11. Courses and educational content

Courses may cover tarot-card reading as a symbolic method, astrology theory and chart interpretation, horoscope writing without predictive guarantees, numerology and its cultural history, dream journals and symbolism, meditation, mindfulness, guided relaxation, safe introductory breath awareness, gentle yoga for non-clinical purposes, journaling, sound meditation, sacred geometry, mandala art, ritual-inspired crafts, candle making, jewellery making, crystal identification, mineral collecting, meaningful home décor and closely related contemplative artistic disciplines.

Every course must teach an identifiable skill, practice or body of knowledge, specify what students receive, show realistic learning outcomes and distinguish belief or historical interpretation from substantiated scientific fact. Creators must include appropriate safety information for heat, flame, essential oils, physical movement, sound exposure, equipment and other practical demonstrations. A course must not require purchase of additional undisclosed materials to achieve advertised core outcomes.

Excluded courses include psychology or psychotherapy qualifications and clinical counselling, diagnosis or treatment techniques, investment and financial advice, trading or cryptocurrency profit strategies, “earn money fast” systems, business-growth and ecommerce coaching, generic software or accounting qualifications, unrelated professional certification, dangerous breath-holding techniques and misleading promises of supernatural results. Teaching how to create and sell spiritual products is also outside the default remit when its principal purpose is earnings or business coaching rather than the artistic craft itself.

12. Live Experts

Live Expert appointments are confined to approved non-clinical teaching, demonstrations and structured guidance concerning spiritual traditions, symbolic literacy, meditation and contemplative practice, dream journaling, crystal or mineral education, symbolic jewellery making, ritual-inspired crafts, sacred-space design and comparable specialised subjects. The provider must describe the practical format, agenda, duration, price and any materials required before booking. “Expert” is a platform feature label, not a representation of a professional licence.

VoxFati does not permit psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, mental-health counsellors, medical practitioners, financial advisers, investment mentors, debt advisers or legal advisers to deliver those professional services through the Live Expert feature. Ordinary motivational or relationship coaching that crosses into therapy, clinical assessment or guaranteed life outcomes is not permitted. No session may be sold as an emergency service or a substitute for qualified care.

Personal paid tarot, astrology, psychic, divination or fortune-telling readings require prior written approval from VoxFati and confirmation that relevant payment-provider restrictions permit the particular service. Without approval, providers may teach the theory or symbolism of these traditions but may not sell an individual prediction or reading. Providers must not use fear, curses, guaranteed outcomes or escalating payment demands.

13. Advertising and promotion

Advertising is available only for goods, courses, publications, events and services that independently qualify under VoxFati's specialist platform rules. Permissible creative themes include spiritual education, tarot and astrology study materials, meditation, crystals, symbolic jewellery, candles, fragrances, ritual-inspired home décor, contemplative art, related workshops and approved non-clinical instruction. A paid campaign cannot make an otherwise prohibited item eligible.

Ads for investment coaching, easy-income or profit opportunities, clinical therapy or psychological consultation, medical cures, gambling systems, controlled substances, unrelated general merchandise or unapproved individual fortune-telling services are not accepted. Ads must not use claims of supernatural certainty, fear of curses, fake reviews, fabricated scarcity or misleading before-and-after promises. Destination pages, checkout content and affiliate redirects must comply with the same requirements as the ad itself.

VoxFati may request substantiation or payment-provider approval, refuse a campaign before launch, or suspend placements where continued display would create a legal, payment, consumer-protection or platform-suitability concern. Any refund or credit is governed by the applicable campaign terms and non-excludable legal rights.

14. Regulated and professional services

No psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapy or clinical counselling services may be offered through VoxFati. This includes diagnoses, assessments, treatment plans, trauma therapy, addiction treatment, clinical mental-health coaching presented as therapy, prescribing, medical consultation, and services purporting to replace licensed healthcare or emergency assistance. A provider may not evade this restriction by relabelling therapy as “spiritual healing”, “energy therapy”, “wellbeing consultation” or “life transformation”. Discussion of meditation and general self-reflection is permissible only where it remains non-clinical and does not undertake an individual therapeutic relationship.

Health-related goods and claims must be lawful, safe and accurately described. No seller or creator may promise that crystals, oils, candles, tarot, prayer, Reiki, sound, breathwork or any other offering will diagnose, prevent, treat or cure illness, resolve infertility, relieve a diagnosed mental-health condition, replace prescribed medication or guarantee physical or psychological outcomes. Supplements, ingestible medicinal products, controlled substances and other medically regulated offerings are not part of the permitted VoxFati commercial catalogue. Candles, fragrances and essential oils must be marketed for lawful external or decorative use and include applicable safety and allergen warnings.

No financial or earnings advice is offered or permitted as a commercial service. This excludes investment recommendations, securities or cryptocurrency trading signals, debt or credit counselling, tax or legal advice, business-opportunity selling, affiliate-income coaching, online arbitrage, “make money online” courses, guaranteed employment or profits, and get-rich-quick schemes. A lesson about the cultural meaning of prosperity symbols is different from a promise of actual wealth or investment returns; creators must keep that distinction explicit.

15. Claims, testimonials and outcomes

Users and commercial providers must ensure that factual and objective claims are accurate and capable of reasonable substantiation. Testimonials, examples, demonstrations and past results must be presented fairly and must not be used to imply that the same result is certain or typical when that would be misleading.

Prohibited claims include guaranteed earnings, guaranteed employment, guaranteed business success, guaranteed medical or psychological outcomes, guaranteed relationship results, guaranteed supernatural outcomes and other promises that materially misrepresent uncertainty or depend on factors beyond the provider's control.

16. Spiritual, symbolic and reflective services

Spiritual, intuitive and symbolic material must be framed as education, art, personal reflection or entertainment rather than verified predictions or professional advice. Tarot, astrology, dream symbols, oracle cards, numerology and related traditions may be explained, discussed or taught, but no provider may promise certain future events, guaranteed reconciliation, a particular romantic outcome, lottery winnings, freedom from curses, removal of malicious energies, protection against crime or guaranteed health and wealth.

Paid, individualised psychic readings, fortune-telling, remote divination and personalised predictive services are not automatically approved. They require explicit written VoxFati approval and confirmation that the specific payment arrangement and provider jurisdiction are supported. Where such approval is absent, providers may offer only the otherwise permitted educational, creative or non-transactional content. Calling a paid prediction “entertainment” does not override a payment provider's prohibition or restriction.

Providers must never prey upon bereavement, fear, loneliness, illness, financial hardship or emotional distress; demand repeated payments to avert misfortune; claim privileged access to a deceased person; or pressure a customer to reveal sensitive personal information. Sessions must have transparent scope, price, length, cancellation terms and delivery method, and users must remain free to make independent decisions.

17. Payments and payment providers

VoxFati may use Stripe, Google Play, Apple or other payment providers to process payments, subscriptions, refunds, seller or provider payouts, identity verification and fraud controls. Their own terms, eligibility rules and restricted-business policies may apply in addition to these Terms.

Where VoxFati uses Stripe Connect or another marketplace payment arrangement, commercial providers may be required to establish or maintain an eligible connected payment account and provide information requested by the payment provider. A product or service may be lawful but still unavailable through a particular payment method or in a particular country.

VoxFati may pause or reject a transaction, onboarding or payout where required by law, a payment provider, sanctions screening, fraud controls, a dispute, a chargeback or a reasonable compliance review.

18. Pricing, taxes and fees

Prices, subscription intervals, commissions, platform fees and other material charges will be shown before purchase or in the relevant commercial onboarding information where required. Commercial users are responsible for taxes, duties, licences and regulatory charges that apply to their activities unless VoxFati or a payment provider is legally required to collect or remit them.

Providers must not add undisclosed mandatory charges after checkout, misstate taxes, manipulate reference prices or create false discounts. Currency conversion and payment-provider charges may apply where disclosed by the relevant provider.

19. Subscriptions and recurring payments

Where a service renews automatically, the billing interval, price and cancellation method will be shown before purchase or otherwise provided as required by law. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal if you do not wish the subscription to continue.

Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for a period already supplied, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the specific Cancellation and Refund Policy.

20. Consumer rights, cancellations and refunds

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on the transaction and your location, consumer law may provide rights relating to conformity, quality, description, cancellation, repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund.

Distance-sale cancellation rights may differ for physical goods, personalised goods, services and digital content. Additional information is set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Delivery Policy.

21. Independent providers and allocation of responsibility

Unless a page or checkout expressly states that VoxFati is the supplier, Marketplace Sellers, Course Creators and Live Experts act as independent providers. They are responsible for the goods, courses or services they supply, including their descriptions, legal compliance, professional claims, delivery, performance, tax obligations and consumer-law duties.

VoxFati provides the platform, payment or discovery infrastructure described in these Terms. Hosting a listing, profile, course, review or advertisement does not amount to a general endorsement, certification or guarantee of the independent provider.

22. Orders and transaction acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. Orders may be rejected or cancelled where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly erroneous, payment fails, fraud is suspected, delivery is impossible, a legal restriction applies or the transaction would breach these Terms or a payment-provider rule.

Where a third-party provider is the seller or service provider, the provider is responsible for accepting and fulfilling the transaction subject to VoxFati's platform controls and dispute procedures.

23. Reviews, ratings and endorsements

Reviews must be based on genuine experience and must not be fabricated, purchased, coerced, retaliatory or submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation. Providers must not create or arrange fake reviews or pressure users to remove legitimate criticism.

VoxFati may remove or restrict reviews that contain prohibited content, private information, irrelevant material, conflicts of interest, manipulation or content that does not reflect a genuine transaction or experience.

24. Intellectual property

VoxFati software, branding, site design, original text, databases, interfaces, graphics and other platform materials are owned by Zipzappa Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected platform materials except as permitted by law or with written permission.

You must have all rights, licences, releases and permissions required for any text, image, video, music, logo, design, course material, product image, file or other content that you upload, sell, advertise or publish. VoxFati may remove material where a credible infringement claim is received.

25. Third-party services and links

VoxFati may integrate with or link to payment providers, hosting companies, video platforms, fulfilment services, analytics tools, email providers, social networks, marketplaces and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

VoxFati is not responsible for changes to a third-party service, policy, API, pricing, availability or eligibility rule except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. A third-party link does not by itself imply endorsement.

26. Social publishing and external promotion

Where enabled, VoxFati may provide tools that help authorised users or administrators prepare, schedule or publish public content to external social networks or channels. Users remain responsible for ensuring that content is lawful, that they have the required rights and that publication complies with the destination platform's rules.

External platforms may reject, remove, limit, alter or restrict content or analytics, and VoxFati may change or discontinue an integration where an external provider changes its API, permissions or policies.

27. Moderation, reporting and enforcement

VoxFati may review content, listings, transactions, accounts and communications where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, prevent fraud, protect users, comply with law or satisfy payment-provider requirements. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a warning, request changes or evidence, restrict visibility, remove content, reject a listing, pause advertising, restrict messaging, cancel a commercial feature, hold a payout where legally or contractually permitted, suspend an account or terminate access.

Where a reporting or complaints mechanism is provided, users may report content or decisions through that mechanism. We may request information reasonably necessary to assess the report and may preserve relevant records where required for legal, safety or fraud-prevention purposes.

28. Platform availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, technical faults, third-party outages, legal requirements, payment-provider changes or product development may affect availability.

We may add, remove, reorganise or change features where reasonably necessary. If a material change affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide any notice, cancellation right or other remedy required by law or the applicable contract.

29. Privacy and data protection

The Privacy Policy explains how VoxFati processes personal information. Independent Sellers, Course Creators or Live Experts may also act as separate controllers for information they receive in connection with their transactions or services and must comply with applicable data-protection law.

30. Information and guidance disclaimer

VoxFati provides access to educational, creative, specialist spiritual, contemplative, reflective and community content from multiple sources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, general platform content is provided for information, learning or personal reflection and is not a substitute for regulated medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where a matter requires regulated expertise. Nothing on VoxFati should be interpreted as a guarantee of a personal, financial, business, health, relationship or spiritual outcome.

31. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to mandatory consumer rights, VoxFati is not responsible for losses caused by the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers where VoxFati is not legally responsible for them, losses caused by misuse of the platform, reliance on general information as regulated professional advice, failures of third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

For business users, to the extent permitted by law, VoxFati excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data except where a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

32. Commercial-user indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, a Seller, Course Creator, Live Expert, Advertiser or other commercial user must indemnify Zipzappa Ltd against third-party claims, penalties, chargebacks, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from that user's unlawful products or services, intellectual-property infringement, false or misleading claims, unsafe goods, regulatory breaches, tax failures, misuse of personal data or material breach of the applicable specialist terms, except to the extent caused by VoxFati's own breach or negligence.

33. Suspension and termination

VoxFati may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated policy breaches, unlawful activity, fraud, chargeback abuse, sanctions risk, security abuse, threats to users, non-payment, payment-provider requirements or other material breach. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy before termination.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature must continue, including outstanding payments, refunds, disputes, confidentiality, tax, accounting, intellectual-property, data-protection, indemnity and legal-record obligations.

34. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulation, payment-provider requirements, platform features, safety standards or business operations. The current version will display a revised “Last updated” date.

Where a material change affects an ongoing paid relationship, VoxFati will provide any advance notice, cancellation right or other remedy required by applicable law or contract.

35. Assignment

VoxFati may transfer or assign its rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, sale or transfer of the relevant business, provided that mandatory consumer rights are not unlawfully reduced. You may not transfer obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially prejudice VoxFati without our written consent.

36. Third-party rights

Except where these Terms or applicable law expressly state otherwise, a person who is not a party to the relevant agreement has no right to enforce it under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

37. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if modification is not possible, removed, while the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a right does not amount to a waiver of that right.

38. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable specialist terms, policies, checkout information and other terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing the relevant VoxFati service. They replace prior statements about the same subject to the extent permitted by law.

39. Electronic communications and notices

Where permitted by law, contractual notices, service messages, billing notices, security alerts and policy updates may be provided by email, account notification, in-product notice or publication on VoxFati. You are responsible for maintaining a valid contact email on your account.

40. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be waived.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that entitles a consumer to bring proceedings in another competent court.
