Commercial Eligibility and Payment Restrictions

Contact View terms
Commercial eligibility is not the same in every country or category.

Marketplace selling, Course Creator payouts, Live Expert services and advertising may depend on law, sanctions, payment-provider policy, card-network rules, banking availability and the exact nature of the business.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to Marketplace Sellers, Course Creators, Live Experts, Advertisers and any other user receiving or sending commercial payments through VoxFati.

Ordinary access to free content may be available in places where commercial onboarding is not.

2. Payment-provider approval

VoxFati may use Stripe, Stripe Connect or another provider. Approval by VoxFati does not guarantee approval by the payment provider, and a provider may impose additional verification or business-category restrictions.

Commercial access may be paused if a processor requests review or withdraws support.

3. High-risk and sanctioned jurisdictions

Transactions connected with sanctioned or otherwise prohibited jurisdictions may be blocked where required by applicable sanctions law or payment-provider policy. The relevant list can change over time.

As of the last update to this policy, Stripe identifies Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions among prohibited high-risk jurisdictions for Stripe-related transactions. This summary is not exhaustive and the current payment-provider rule always controls.

4. Restricted persons

Commercial users must not be a sanctioned person or act on behalf of a sanctioned entity, prohibited beneficial owner or person using false identity information.

VoxFati may request ownership, address or identity evidence and may freeze onboarding or payouts where a sanctions or identity concern requires investigation.

5. Psychic and fortune-telling restrictions

Some jurisdictions apply specific restrictions to psychic services and fortune tellers. As of the last update, Stripe lists psychic services and fortune tellers as prohibited in Thailand and restricted in Japan and Mexico.

“Restricted” does not mean automatically approved. It may require explicit payment-provider approval, additional documentation or may be unavailable for a particular account. VoxFati may therefore disable Live Expert categories or other paid psychic services in such locations.

6. Courses are assessed by actual activity

An educational tarot or astrology course is not automatically identical to a live fortune-telling service, but payment providers assess the actual business model rather than only the label used.

A Creator must not disguise a restricted paid prediction service as an “online course” merely to obtain processing. VoxFati may review course structure, marketing and fulfilment to determine the real activity.

7. Marketplace products

Marketplace eligibility depends on both seller country and product category. A seller in a supported country may still be unable to sell a particular restricted product.

VoxFati may prohibit items beyond payment-provider minimum rules for safety, thematic relevance or platform policy reasons.

8. Unsupported territories

Some territories may not be separately supported for business onboarding or payouts even where they have a connection to a supported country. Payment-provider availability should be checked against the current official country and territory rules.

Commercial users are responsible for selecting their real legal country and must not choose a nearby supported jurisdiction that is not genuinely theirs.

9. No circumvention

Do not use VPNs, false addresses, shell entities, nominees, relabelled business categories or another person’s bank account to bypass location or category restrictions.

Circumvention may result in immediate suspension, withheld transactions to the extent permitted by law, payment-provider reporting and permanent loss of commercial access.

10. Ongoing verification

Eligibility is ongoing. A user who was approved at onboarding may be asked to re-verify after a change of address, ownership, service category, payout bank, transaction pattern or payment-provider policy.

11. Holds and suspension

Where reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargebacks, sanctions review, regulatory requests or processor restrictions, commercial functionality or payouts may be temporarily paused.

VoxFati will not intentionally hold funds beyond what is permitted by law, payment-provider arrangements and the applicable commercial terms.

12. No guarantee of future availability

Country and category support can change. VoxFati cannot promise that a feature available today will remain available in every jurisdiction indefinitely.

Where a material change affects active commercial users, VoxFati may provide transition instructions, restrict new transactions or take other reasonable compliance steps.

13. Current source controls

If this summary conflicts with a current binding law, sanctions rule, payment-provider requirement or card-network rule, the current external requirement controls to the extent applicable.

Commercial users should not rely on this page as a complete statement of every international payment or licensing requirement applicable to their own business.
