Community Terms and Guidelines
Specialist scope is mandatory. VoxFati is exclusively for genuinely related spiritual, contemplative, symbolic, ritual-inspired, crystal, mineral, meaningful jewellery, mindful-home and reflective creative activities. An unrelated product, professional service, class, advertisement or paid Community promotion is not allowed merely because it is lawful elsewhere or described using words such as “spiritual”, “energy”, “mindful” or “wellness”. Examples of eligible subject matter include astrology as symbolism, tarot and oracle education, meditation, non-clinical breath awareness, dream symbolism, mindful journaling, mandalas, sacred geometry, folklore, crystal education, ritual-themed creative work, themed jewellery, candles, incense, external-use home fragrances and connected home décor.
Outside our scope: general beauty, cosmetics, makeup, hairdressing, nails, personal styling, ordinary fashion services, generic professional training, business formation, marketing, ecommerce, career counselling, recruitment, software or coding tuition, financial or investment education, trading, income-generation schemes, generic appliances, gadgets and unrelated goods or collectibles. Clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical consultations, diagnosis and treatment are prohibited even when described as coaching or spiritual healing. We may reject a borderline offering, require evidence of its specialist relevance, or withdraw approval if the scope or payment-provider eligibility changes.
These Community Terms supplement the General Terms and Acceptable Use Policy and apply whenever you interact with another user or publish user-generated content through VoxFati.
1. Scope
These rules apply to posts, comments, reactions, profiles, reviews, boards, groups where available, private messages, shared files, links and other Community content. Commercial users remain subject to their Seller, Creator, Expert or Advertising terms in addition to these Community rules.
2. Community topics
Community discussions should relate meaningfully to meditation, mindfulness, tarot, astrology, mythology, dream reflection, crystal and mineral education, spiritual and symbolic art, contemplative crafts, jewellery, mindful spaces, fragrances, candles, books and related practices. Respectful exchange of personal experiences and historical or cultural interpretations is welcome; users should describe beliefs as beliefs and avoid presenting speculation as verified evidence.
Community is not a channel for advertising unrelated merchandise, recruiting into multi-level marketing, selling trading systems, promoting investment products, offering psychological therapy, soliciting private medical or financial details, or moving prohibited transactions to external messaging services. An occasional personal remark about work, money or mental wellbeing may be acceptable as context, but sustained promotion, service provision or instructions in these excluded fields is not.
For sensitive or distressing posts, participants may offer general kindness and recommend appropriate professional or emergency support, but must not diagnose another user, perform counselling, prescribe interventions, guarantee a supernatural cure or exploit vulnerability. Moderators may remove off-topic promotions, misleading claims or content which places users at risk.
3. Respectful participation
Users must not threaten, stalk, harass, intimidate or repeatedly target another person. Disagreement and criticism are permitted, including criticism of products or services, but must not become abusive, discriminatory, threatening or deliberately invasive of privacy.
4. Illegal and harmful content
Content that facilitates serious criminal activity, child sexual exploitation, unlawful violence, trafficking, fraud, malware distribution, illegal drug sales, prohibited weapons or other unlawful conduct is prohibited in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Privacy and personal information
Do not publish another person's address, telephone number, private messages, financial information, health information, identity documents or other private or sensitive data without lawful authority. Before sharing screenshots or communications, consider whether names, contact details or other identifying information should be removed.
6. Advice, education and personal experience
No psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapy or clinical counselling services may be offered through VoxFati. This includes diagnoses, assessments, treatment plans, trauma therapy, addiction treatment, clinical mental-health coaching presented as therapy, prescribing, medical consultation, and services purporting to replace licensed healthcare or emergency assistance. A provider may not evade this restriction by relabelling therapy as “spiritual healing”, “energy therapy”, “wellbeing consultation” or “life transformation”. Discussion of meditation and general self-reflection is permissible only where it remains non-clinical and does not undertake an individual therapeutic relationship.
Health-related goods and claims must be lawful, safe and accurately described. No seller or creator may promise that crystals, oils, candles, tarot, prayer, Reiki, sound, breathwork or any other offering will diagnose, prevent, treat or cure illness, resolve infertility, relieve a diagnosed mental-health condition, replace prescribed medication or guarantee physical or psychological outcomes. Supplements, ingestible medicinal products, controlled substances and other medically regulated offerings are not part of the permitted VoxFati commercial catalogue. Candles, fragrances and essential oils must be marketed for lawful external or decorative use and include applicable safety and allergen warnings.
No financial or earnings advice is offered or permitted as a commercial service. This excludes investment recommendations, securities or cryptocurrency trading signals, debt or credit counselling, tax or legal advice, business-opportunity selling, affiliate-income coaching, online arbitrage, “make money online” courses, guaranteed employment or profits, and get-rich-quick schemes. A lesson about the cultural meaning of prosperity symbols is different from a promise of actual wealth or investment returns; creators must keep that distinction explicit.

8. Reviews and recommendations
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Users must not create false reviews, coordinate review attacks, accept undisclosed compensation for a review, threaten a business with a false review to obtain money or use multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.
A negative review is not prohibited merely because a provider disagrees with it, provided it is based on a genuine experience and does not contain prohibited content or knowingly false factual allegations.
9. False and misleading content
Users must not knowingly publish fraudulent commercial claims, fake credentials, fabricated evidence, impersonation or other deceptive content intended to obtain money, access or trust. VoxFati may add context, limit distribution or remove content where required by law or where deception creates a material risk to users.
10. Spiritual and reflective discussion
Spiritual, intuitive and symbolic material must be framed as education, art, personal reflection or entertainment rather than verified predictions or professional advice. Tarot, astrology, dream symbols, oracle cards, numerology and related traditions may be explained, discussed or taught, but no provider may promise certain future events, guaranteed reconciliation, a particular romantic outcome, lottery winnings, freedom from curses, removal of malicious energies, protection against crime or guaranteed health and wealth.
Paid, individualised psychic readings, fortune-telling, remote divination and personalised predictive services are not automatically approved. They require explicit written VoxFati approval and confirmation that the specific payment arrangement and provider jurisdiction are supported. Where such approval is absent, providers may offer only the otherwise permitted educational, creative or non-transactional content. Calling a paid prediction “entertainment” does not override a payment provider's prohibition or restriction.
Providers must never prey upon bereavement, fear, loneliness, illness, financial hardship or emotional distress; demand repeated payments to avert misfortune; claim privileged access to a deceased person; or pressure a customer to reveal sensitive personal information. Sessions must have transparent scope, price, length, cancellation terms and delivery method, and users must remain free to make independent decisions.
11. Intellectual property
Only post material you created, lawfully licensed or otherwise have permission to share. Do not upload pirated books, copied Courses, stolen artwork, unauthorised music, private paid content or other infringing material.
12. Identity and impersonation
Users must not impersonate another person, business, professional, public authority or VoxFati representative. Parody or commentary must not be presented in a way that is reasonably likely to deceive users about the account's identity.
13. Private messages
Private messages are subject to the same rules as public content. Users must not use messaging for harassment, sexual solicitation, fraud, spam, prohibited sales, fee avoidance, phishing or attempts to move a prohibited transaction off-platform.
14. Safety and vulnerability
Do not encourage self-harm, dangerous challenges or conduct likely to cause serious physical harm. When responding to a person who appears vulnerable or in crisis, users must not exploit the situation commercially or claim authority they do not have.
15. Moderation
VoxFati may review, restrict, remove or label Community content where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, respond to a report, comply with law, protect users or preserve platform integrity. Repeated or serious violations may result in feature restrictions or account suspension.
16. Reports and complaints
Users may report content or behaviour through available reporting tools or by contacting VoxFati. Reports should be made in good faith and should include enough information for the issue to be assessed. Knowingly abusive or fraudulent reporting may itself breach these rules.
17. Review of moderation decisions
Where VoxFati provides a review or appeal process for a moderation decision, users must use that process honestly and provide relevant information. VoxFati may uphold, modify or reverse a decision after considering the available evidence and applicable rules.
18. Licence to host Community content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own, but grant VoxFati the non-exclusive licence described in the General Terms to host, display, format, resize, reproduce, transmit and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and promote the Community.
19. Public nature of Community content
Public posts, profiles, comments and reviews may be visible to people who are not registered users and may be indexed by search engines. Users should not publish information they expect to remain confidential in a public area.
20. Changes
VoxFati may update these Community Terms to reflect changes in law, safety requirements, moderation systems or Community features. The current version will display the latest revision date.
