Advertising Terms
These Advertising Terms apply to campaign creative, landing pages, targeting selections, promotional claims and any product or service promoted through VoxFati.
1. Eligibility
Advertisers must be at least 18 and have authority to advertise the relevant business, product or service. VoxFati may request identity, business, billing or rights information before or during a campaign.
Advertising access may be limited by country, product category, payment-provider rules or platform risk controls.
2. Relevant advertising
Advertising should be relevant to VoxFati’s audience and subject matter. VoxFati is not obligated to accept unrelated advertising even where it is lawful.
Ads for unrelated mass-market products, questionable lead-generation schemes or businesses that conflict with VoxFati’s specialist identity may be rejected.
3. Advertiser responsibility
The advertiser is responsible for ad copy, images, video, trademarks, offers, pricing, landing pages, disclosures, testimonials, data collection and the underlying product or service.
Approval by VoxFati is not legal advice and does not transfer the advertiser’s compliance responsibility.
4. Truthful claims
Claims must be truthful, non-deceptive and supported by evidence where the nature of the claim requires substantiation. Material limitations, recurring charges and conditions must not be hidden.
Ads must not fabricate scarcity, urgency, customer numbers, scientific evidence, professional endorsement or typical results.
5. Testimonials and endorsements
Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fabricated or materially altered to create a misleading impression. Paid or otherwise material relationships with endorsers should be disclosed where required by law.
Exceptional outcomes must not be presented as typical if doing so would mislead a reasonable viewer.
6. Spiritual claims
Ads may promote permitted spiritual services but must not guarantee supernatural outcomes, use fear to force a purchase or claim certainty about health, death, pregnancy, relationships, legal outcomes or finances.
Prohibited examples include “100% guaranteed ex return”, “pay now to remove a deadly curse” or “this reading will tell you the exact day you will die”.
7. Prohibited ads
Ads for illegal goods, weapons, drugs, pornography, sexual services, scams, gambling schemes, counterfeit goods, malware, exploitative services, hate or other prohibited categories are not accepted.
VoxFati may maintain stricter category restrictions than an external ad network or payment provider.
8. Child-directed advertising
Advertisers must not target minors, sexualise minors, exploit children’s credulity or use children in unsafe, sexual or exploitative creative. Adult spiritual services must not be framed as services for children.
VoxFati may reject campaigns where the creative or landing page presents an unacceptable child-safety risk.
9. Landing pages
The destination page must substantially match the advertisement and must not switch users to an undisclosed product, hidden subscription, malware download or deceptive lead form.
Landing pages must provide material price, identity and contact information required by applicable law.
10. Data collection
Advertisers collecting personal information after a click are responsible for providing appropriate privacy information, obtaining consent where required and securing the data they collect.
Ads must not be used to collect passwords, full payment credentials, unnecessary sensitive data or information through phishing or deception.
11. Intellectual property
Advertisers must have rights to logos, images, music, video, trademarks and claims used in campaigns. VoxFati may request evidence of permission or remove disputed creative.
12. Review and rejection
VoxFati may review ads before or after launch and may reject, pause or remove a campaign for legal, safety, thematic, quality, payment or reputational reasons.
Prior approval does not prevent later removal if new information becomes available.
13. Delivery and performance
Campaign delivery may vary based on inventory, audience, technical conditions and moderation. Unless a specific guarantee is expressly sold, estimates of impressions or performance are not guarantees of clicks, sales or conversions.
14. Billing
Advertisers are responsible for charges calculated according to the campaign model shown at purchase. Taxes and payment-provider charges may apply where disclosed or legally required.
Payment failure may pause a campaign.
15. Invalid activity
Advertisers must not generate fake impressions, clicks or conversions, use bots, coordinate click farms or ask users to manipulate campaign metrics.
VoxFati may exclude invalid activity from reporting or credits and may suspend accounts involved in manipulation.
16. Refunds and credits
Advertising refunds or credits depend on the purchase terms, whether delivery occurred, technical failure, invalid activity and applicable law. Rejection before meaningful delivery may be treated differently from a campaign paused after substantial delivery.
17. Suspension
Serious or repeated violations may result in campaign rejection, account suspension or permanent loss of advertising access. Fraud or illegal content may result in immediate action.
18. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, VoxFati does not guarantee an advertiser’s business results and is not responsible for the advertiser’s underlying product, claims or landing-page conduct.
