Live Expert Provider Terms
Specialist scope is mandatory. VoxFati is exclusively for genuinely related spiritual, contemplative, symbolic, ritual-inspired, crystal, mineral, meaningful jewellery, mindful-home and reflective creative activities. An unrelated product, professional service, class, advertisement or paid Community promotion is not allowed merely because it is lawful elsewhere or described using words such as “spiritual”, “energy”, “mindful” or “wellness”. Examples of eligible subject matter include astrology as symbolism, tarot and oracle education, meditation, non-clinical breath awareness, dream symbolism, mindful journaling, mandalas, sacred geometry, folklore, crystal education, ritual-themed creative work, themed jewellery, candles, incense, external-use home fragrances and connected home décor.
Outside our scope: general beauty, cosmetics, makeup, hairdressing, nails, personal styling, ordinary fashion services, generic professional training, business formation, marketing, ecommerce, career counselling, recruitment, software or coding tuition, financial or investment education, trading, income-generation schemes, generic appliances, gadgets and unrelated goods or collectibles. Clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical consultations, diagnosis and treatment are prohibited even when described as coaching or spiritual healing. We may reject a borderline offering, require evidence of its specialist relevance, or withdraw approval if the scope or payment-provider eligibility changes.
These terms supplement the General Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Commercial Eligibility rules.
1. Provider status
Unless VoxFati expressly states otherwise, a Live Expert acts independently and is responsible for the services they offer, the information they publish, the appointments they accept and their conduct during sessions. Nothing in these terms creates employment, agency or partnership with VoxFati.
2. Eligibility and verification
An Expert must provide accurate identity, business, payment and tax information and may be required to complete additional verification before bookings or payouts are enabled. VoxFati may request evidence of qualifications, experience, licences, insurance or professional registration where relevant to the services offered.
3. Exclusively permitted Live Expert services
VoxFati accepts only sessions directly related to its specialist spiritual, symbolic, contemplative and reflective purpose. Appropriate examples are tarot and oracle symbolism instruction, astrology theory, dream-journaling workshops, crystal and mineral identification, meditation teaching, sacred geometry, mandala art, contemplative crafts, ritual-inspired candle-making safety demonstrations and the design of a meaningful meditation or sacred space.
General personal styling, makeup, beauty, fitness coaching, business strategy, career development, software training, marketing, trading, earning-money programmes, therapy, psychological consultations and medical services are outside the platform even if the provider claims to use mindful or spiritual methods. No qualification or external licence on its own overrides these platform restrictions.
Individual fortune-telling, predictive psychic readings and similar paid offerings must not be listed without VoxFati’s prior written approval and confirmation of payment-provider eligibility. Such approval may be withheld or withdrawn. Nobody may promise results, charge customers to remove curses, exploit fear or make decisions for vulnerable clients.
4. Accurate specialist session descriptions
Every session must identify its specific spiritual, contemplative, symbolic or ritual-inspired educational subject, including agenda, expected format, duration, price, required materials, the provider’s relevant experience and realistic limitations. Personalised general-purpose advice, therapy, beauty services or professional coaching is not eligible. Adding a spirituality label to an unrelated service does not make it eligible.
A live demonstration may teach tarot symbolism, how to keep a dream journal, crystal identification, mandala painting or a ritual-inspired craft. It must not sell an assured result, prescribe treatment, diagnose a condition or offer legal, financial, career or business decisions on a customer’s behalf. Any one-to-one prediction or divination reading also needs express prior approval and compatibility with applicable payment-provider rules.
5. Regulated professional services
No psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapy or clinical counselling services may be offered through VoxFati. This includes diagnoses, assessments, treatment plans, trauma therapy, addiction treatment, clinical mental-health coaching presented as therapy, prescribing, medical consultation, and services purporting to replace licensed healthcare or emergency assistance. A provider may not evade this restriction by relabelling therapy as “spiritual healing”, “energy therapy”, “wellbeing consultation” or “life transformation”. Discussion of meditation and general self-reflection is permissible only where it remains non-clinical and does not undertake an individual therapeutic relationship.
Health-related goods and claims must be lawful, safe and accurately described. No seller or creator may promise that crystals, oils, candles, tarot, prayer, Reiki, sound, breathwork or any other offering will diagnose, prevent, treat or cure illness, resolve infertility, relieve a diagnosed mental-health condition, replace prescribed medication or guarantee physical or psychological outcomes. Supplements, ingestible medicinal products, controlled substances and other medically regulated offerings are not part of the permitted VoxFati commercial catalogue. Candles, fragrances and essential oils must be marketed for lawful external or decorative use and include applicable safety and allergen warnings.
No financial or earnings advice is offered or permitted as a commercial service. This excludes investment recommendations, securities or cryptocurrency trading signals, debt or credit counselling, tax or legal advice, business-opportunity selling, affiliate-income coaching, online arbitrage, “make money online” courses, guaranteed employment or profits, and get-rich-quick schemes. A lesson about the cultural meaning of prosperity symbols is different from a promise of actual wealth or investment returns; creators must keep that distinction explicit.
6. Non-clinical meditation and contemplative education
Permitted wellbeing activity is limited to teaching general meditation, attention practices, reflective journaling, breath awareness, gentle contemplative movement and their cultural or symbolic background. Explain what participants will do, any ordinary physical precautions and that outcomes vary. Do not assess an individual’s psychological symptoms, conduct therapy, diagnose trauma or provide a personalised mental-health treatment plan.
Psychological counselling, psychotherapy, mental-health coaching presented as clinical treatment, psychiatric or medical advice, addiction or trauma treatment, and emergency intervention are not available on VoxFati. A practitioner must not disguise any of these as energy healing, intuitive counselling, spiritual therapy or emotional recovery coaching. A distressed customer should be directed to appropriately qualified support rather than sold further sessions.
7. Spiritual and symbolic services
Spiritual, intuitive and symbolic material must be framed as education, art, personal reflection or entertainment rather than verified predictions or professional advice. Tarot, astrology, dream symbols, oracle cards, numerology and related traditions may be explained, discussed or taught, but no provider may promise certain future events, guaranteed reconciliation, a particular romantic outcome, lottery winnings, freedom from curses, removal of malicious energies, protection against crime or guaranteed health and wealth.
Paid, individualised psychic readings, fortune-telling, remote divination and personalised predictive services are not automatically approved. They require explicit written VoxFati approval and confirmation that the specific payment arrangement and provider jurisdiction are supported. Where such approval is absent, providers may offer only the otherwise permitted educational, creative or non-transactional content. Calling a paid prediction “entertainment” does not override a payment provider's prohibition or restriction.
Providers must never prey upon bereavement, fear, loneliness, illness, financial hardship or emotional distress; demand repeated payments to avert misfortune; claim privileged access to a deceased person; or pressure a customer to reveal sensitive personal information. Sessions must have transparent scope, price, length, cancellation terms and delivery method, and users must remain free to make independent decisions.
8. Claims and outcomes
Experts must not guarantee a particular personal, financial, career, relationship, health, educational or spiritual outcome. Testimonials and examples must be genuine and must not be used to imply certainty or typical results where that would be misleading.
9. Bookings and availability
Experts must maintain reasonably accurate availability and attend accepted bookings on time. If an Expert cannot attend, they must give reasonable notice and cooperate with rescheduling or refund procedures where appropriate.
An Expert must not repeatedly accept bookings they cannot reasonably fulfil or use cancellations to manipulate availability, ratings or platform performance.
10. Session conduct
Experts must behave professionally, respect reasonable boundaries and avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, manipulation, coercion or sexual conduct. A session must remain within the service purchased unless the user voluntarily agrees to a lawful change in scope.
Experts must not pressure users into additional purchases, use fear to create dependency or exploit personal disclosures to obtain money or control.
11. Safeguarding and vulnerable users
Experts must take reasonable care when interacting with users who disclose bereavement, illness, crisis, financial distress, abuse or other vulnerability. They must not claim special authority over a vulnerable user's decisions or encourage isolation from family, friends, professionals or support services.
Where VoxFati imposes age restrictions on a category, the Expert must comply with them and must not move a prohibited interaction off-platform to avoid safeguards.
12. Privacy and confidentiality
Experts must use personal information obtained through bookings or sessions only for legitimate service, support, legal or authorised purposes. They must not publish, sell or disclose private session information without a lawful basis or required permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address an immediate and serious safety risk.
13. Recording and session materials
A session must not be recorded by the Expert without any notice and consent required by law and the platform. If recordings, notes, worksheets or follow-up materials are included in the service, the Expert must describe how they will be provided and how long they will be retained where relevant.
14. Pricing and additional sales
Prices must be clear before booking. Experts must not impose hidden mandatory charges or use false scarcity, fabricated urgency or misleading package comparisons. Any optional follow-up service must be clearly presented as optional.
15. Payments, fees and payouts
Platform fees, commissions, payment charges and payout arrangements are governed by the applicable Expert commercial terms and payment-provider rules. The Expert may be required to maintain an eligible connected payment account.
Payouts may be delayed where there is a refund, chargeback, fraud review, verification requirement, sanctions concern or other compliance issue, to the extent permitted by law and contract.
16. Cancellations, refunds and no-shows
Cancellation and refund treatment may depend on the timing of cancellation, whether the Expert attended, whether the session was materially performed and any booking-specific policy shown before purchase. Experts must comply with mandatory consumer rights and VoxFati's Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If an Expert fails to attend without reasonable rescheduling or materially fails to provide the booked service, a refund or other remedy may be appropriate.
17. Reviews and feedback
Experts must not fabricate reviews, arrange fake bookings for rating purposes, purchase reviews, retaliate against users for lawful criticism or condition support on removal of a genuine negative review.
18. Advertising and public claims
Expert advertising, profile text and off-platform promotion directing users to VoxFati must comply with the Advertising Terms and these provider rules. A claim is not permitted merely because it appears outside VoxFati if it is used to sell a VoxFati service.
19. Monitoring and enforcement
VoxFati may review profiles, reports, booking patterns, public claims and other relevant account information to investigate policy breaches, safety concerns, fraud, payment-provider requirements or legal obligations. VoxFati may request clarification, restrict a category, pause bookings, remove a profile, suspend payouts where permitted, suspend an account or terminate Expert access.
20. Responsibility and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Expert is responsible for claims, losses, chargebacks, penalties, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from false qualifications, unlawful or negligent services, privacy violations, misleading claims, intellectual-property infringement or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by VoxFati's own breach or negligence.
21. Suspension and termination
Expert access may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated breaches, safeguarding concerns, fraud, deceptive credentials, non-payment, chargeback abuse, prohibited services, payment-provider restrictions or other material violations. Outstanding bookings, refunds and legal obligations may continue after termination.
22. Changes
VoxFati may update these terms to reflect changes in law, professional boundaries, safety standards, payment-provider requirements or platform features. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid Expert relationship will be communicated where required.
