Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content Policy forms part of the VoxFati Terms and applies to every user, visitor and commercial participant. It sets minimum behavioural and content standards in addition to any feature-specific rules.

You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring that your use complies with law in the place where you are located and where your activity is directed. VoxFati may impose a stricter platform rule than the minimum required by law where reasonably necessary for safety, quality, thematic relevance or payment-provider compliance.

2. VoxFati platform purpose

VoxFati is intended for spiritual, esoteric, divination, astrology, symbolism, mindfulness, reflective and related personal-growth interests. Content should have a genuine relationship to that purpose.

Users must not treat VoxFati as a general classifieds site, generic file host, unrelated e-commerce marketplace or bulk promotional channel. Superficial use of words such as “spiritual”, “energy” or “mystic” does not make otherwise unrelated content eligible.

3. Illegal content and activity

You must not use VoxFati to plan, promote, facilitate, solicit, sell, instruct, finance or conceal unlawful activity. This includes content or conduct that is illegal in a jurisdiction materially connected with the activity.

• fraud, theft, extortion, blackmail or identity crime;
• terrorist content or unlawful extremist support;
• illegal drugs, weapons or trafficking;
• money laundering or sanctions evasion;
• unlawful sexual exploitation;
• illegal hacking, malware or credential theft;
• sale or distribution of unlawfully obtained data or goods.

We may preserve relevant evidence and report or disclose information to competent authorities where legally required or permitted.

4. Child safety and exploitation

VoxFati has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualisation of minors, sexual solicitation of minors, exploitative imagery involving children, trafficking, coercion or attempts to obtain intimate images or sexual information from a minor.

You must not create, upload, request, share, link to, describe for sexual gratification, promote or facilitate such content. “Fictional”, “role-play”, “barely legal” or coded framing does not make content acceptable where it sexualises minors or appears designed to evade child-safety rules.

Commercial users must not use minors as subjects in sexual, exploitative, dangerous or manipulative promotional content. VoxFati may immediately remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records and make required reports without prior warning.

5. Pornography and sexual services

Pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, escorting, fetish services, sexual livestreams and solicitation for sexual activity are prohibited. Sexualised nudity and explicit imagery are not allowed in profiles, Community posts, courses, Marketplace listings, Live Expert sessions or ads.

Non-explicit artistic, historical or educational discussion of sexuality may be assessed in context, but it must remain relevant, lawful and non-exploitative and must never involve minors.

6. Violence, self-harm and dangerous conduct

Users must not threaten violence, encourage suicide or self-harm, glorify eating disorders, promote dangerous challenges, or provide instructions intended to enable serious physical harm. Spiritual framing does not excuse dangerous conduct.

General discussion of grief, trauma, recovery, symbolism or wellbeing may be permitted when it is supportive and non-instructional. Content that appears to involve an imminent risk may be restricted and, where appropriate and lawful, escalated to emergency or safeguarding channels.

7. Hate, harassment and abuse

Do not target a person or group with threats, severe abuse, repeated unwanted contact, stalking, humiliation, intimidation, discriminatory hate or degrading content. Disagreement with spiritual beliefs or interpretations is permitted; targeted abuse is not.

Users must respect clear boundaries and stop direct contact when another user asks them to stop, except for legitimate order-support or dispute messages that remain necessary and proportionate.

8. Fraud, deception and impersonation

Do not impersonate another person, business or professional; fabricate credentials; use misleading profile identities; create fake seller or expert histories; or make false claims about licences, qualifications, experience, affiliations or endorsements.

Scams include fake investment opportunities, false emergencies, fabricated charity appeals, fake spiritual emergencies, advance-fee fraud, romance manipulation and attempts to obtain money or credentials through deception.

9. Spam and platform manipulation

Spam is prohibited whether sent publicly or privately. This includes unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive promotions, irrelevant links, mass tagging, automated posting, duplicate listings, excessive keyword stuffing, doorway content, bulk low-value AI-generated content and attempts to flood search or feeds.

You must not buy or sell fake followers, likes, reviews, comments, saves, ratings or clicks; coordinate reciprocal review schemes; operate account farms; or use bots to create artificial engagement. Legitimate scheduling or accessibility tools may be used only where they do not manipulate platform systems or violate technical restrictions.

Commercial users may promote through expressly provided promotional tools, but may not repeatedly solicit members through unrelated posts, private messages or off-topic comments.

10. Intellectual property and authenticity

Only upload material you created, licensed or otherwise have the legal right to use. Pirated courses, copied ebooks, scanned books, stolen tarot artwork, unauthorised music or video, counterfeit goods and copied product imagery are prohibited.

Attribution alone does not create permission. We may remove content after a credible infringement complaint and may suspend repeat infringers.

11. Medical, psychological, legal and financial claims

Users may discuss general wellbeing, self-reflection, personal experience or educational topics, but must not falsely present themselves as a regulated professional or provide regulated services without appropriate authority.

Spiritual, tarot, astrology or intuitive content must not diagnose illness, direct a person to stop prescribed treatment, guarantee recovery, replace emergency care, provide personalised legal representation, or promise investment or tax outcomes. Qualified professionals who use VoxFati remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations and must clearly distinguish professional services from spiritual content.

12. Spiritual, psychic and divination claims

Spiritual claims must not be used to coerce, frighten or exploit. You must not tell a user that they are cursed, possessed, under psychic attack or destined for disaster in order to obtain money or continued purchases.

You must not guarantee that a spell, ritual, reading, manifestation, cleansing or psychic service will produce a particular event. Permitted content should be framed as interpretive, reflective, cultural, spiritual or entertainment-oriented rather than objectively verified certainty.

13. Prohibited products and services

VoxFati may prohibit products because they are unlawful, dangerous, inappropriate, unrelated to the platform or restricted by payment providers. Prohibited categories include weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, exploitative sexual products or services, gambling schemes, malicious software, unlawful surveillance tools and other items identified in specialist policies.

Products such as candles, oils, incense, crystals or ritual goods must include appropriate safety information and must not be marketed with unsubstantiated medical or guaranteed supernatural claims.

14. Off-platform payments and fee circumvention

Where VoxFati provides a paid transaction flow, a commercial user must not direct a customer to pay elsewhere primarily to avoid VoxFati fees, payment controls, refund processes or safety protections. This includes disguised contact details, QR codes, cryptocurrency addresses or repeated private-message requests for direct payment.

Legitimate external links may be allowed where expressly permitted, but they must not be used to misrepresent a VoxFati transaction or evade restrictions.

15. Personal information

Do not publish another person’s home address, phone number, private email, financial information, passwords, government identifiers, medical records or other sensitive data without lawful authority and a legitimate reason. Doxxing and threats to expose private information are prohibited.

Commercial users may use customer information only for legitimate transaction, support, fulfilment and legally permitted communication purposes. Buyer or attendee data must not be harvested for unrelated marketing or sold to third parties.

16. Security and technical misuse

Do not probe, scan or attack VoxFati systems; bypass access controls; exploit vulnerabilities; interfere with service availability; scrape at abusive scale; introduce malware; automate login attacks; reverse engineer protected systems except where law expressly permits; or attempt to access another user’s data without authorisation.

If you discover a security issue, report it responsibly rather than exploiting it.

17. Moderation and enforcement

Enforcement is proportionate to the circumstances. Possible actions include content removal, reduced visibility, warnings, message restrictions, listing removal, advertising rejection, payout review, temporary suspension, permanent termination and referral to a payment provider or competent authority.

Severe conduct — especially child exploitation, credible threats, fraud, malware, sanctions evasion or serious illegal content — may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

18. Reporting concerns

Users may report content or conduct through available reporting tools or by contacting info@voxfati.com. Reports should identify the relevant content, account or transaction and explain the concern as clearly as possible.

Knowingly submitting false reports to harass another user may itself violate this policy.

19. Law and mandatory rights

This policy is contractual platform policy and does not replace criminal, civil, consumer, data-protection, intellectual-property or other law. VoxFati may impose stricter rules than the law requires for platform safety and quality.

Nothing in this policy removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
