It applies to digital access plans, recurring memberships, optional add-ons and other paid digital services purchased directly from VoxFati.
1. About this policy
VoxFati is operated by Zipzappa Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08540440.
This policy explains:
- how one-time digital access works;
- how recurring memberships can be cancelled;
- when immediate digital delivery begins;
- how the statutory cancellation period may apply;
- when a full or partial refund may be available;
- what happens when a service is faulty or unavailable;
- how duplicate or unauthorised charges are handled; and
- how to contact us about a cancellation or refund request.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Digital services
VoxFati provides digital services. No physical product is shipped unless a separate product listing expressly states otherwise.
Digital services may include:
- access to tarot and oracle tools;
- symbolic readings and interpretations;
- personal reflection tools;
- saved reading history;
- membership features;
- community or sharing functionality;
- digital reports, summaries or guides; and
- optional paid add-ons.
Access is normally activated automatically after successful payment confirmation.
3. Types of purchase
3.1 One-time time-limited access
A time-limited access plan provides digital access for the period stated during checkout.
For example, a seven-day access plan:
- is charged once;
- begins when access is activated;
- remains available for the stated access period; and
- does not automatically renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
There is no need to cancel a non-renewing one-time access plan to prevent a future charge.
3.2 Recurring monthly membership
A monthly membership renews automatically at the frequency and price shown during checkout until it is cancelled.
Cancelling a recurring membership:
- stops future renewal charges;
- does not normally remove access immediately;
- allows access to continue until the end of the period already paid for, unless a refund or earlier termination is agreed; and
- does not automatically refund previous billing periods.
3.3 Optional add-ons
Optional features may be offered as:
- one-time digital purchases;
- time-limited access;
- recurring subscriptions; or
- features included within another membership.
The applicable duration, price and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
4. How to cancel a recurring membership
You may cancel a recurring VoxFati membership at any time before its next scheduled renewal.
You may cancel through:
- the billing or membership section of your VoxFati account, where available; or
- an email request sent to info@voxfati.com .
When contacting us by email, include:
- the email address associated with your VoxFati account;
- your full name;
- the membership or purchase you want to cancel;
- the approximate payment date; and
- any relevant payment receipt or transaction reference.
Do not send us your full payment card number, card security code or online banking password.
To avoid another charge, submit your cancellation before the next renewal payment is processed.
5. Cancellation confirmation
After a recurring membership is cancelled, we will normally:
- update the membership status in your account;
- stop future renewal attempts;
- retain access until the end of the paid period, where applicable; and
- provide an on-screen or email confirmation.
Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, contact us at info@voxfati.com .
6. Statutory cancellation period
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days without giving a reason.
The precise right depends on:
- whether the purchase is digital content, a digital service or another type of service;
- whether performance has started;
- whether immediate access was expressly requested;
- whether the required acknowledgement was provided; and
- the consumer law applicable to the transaction.
The statutory cancellation period generally begins when the contract is entered into.
To exercise a statutory right to cancel, you must communicate a clear decision to cancel before the applicable cancellation period expires.
You do not need to use a particular form, but your notice must contain enough information for us to identify:
- you;
- your account;
- the relevant purchase; and
- your decision to cancel.
7. Immediate digital access
VoxFati is designed to provide digital access shortly after payment.
Where required by law, before immediate delivery begins, checkout should ask you to:
- expressly request or consent to the service beginning during the statutory cancellation period; and
- acknowledge that beginning immediate digital delivery may affect or end the right to cancel once the relevant digital content or service has been supplied.
When you expressly request immediate delivery and receive the digital access or content, your statutory right to cancel may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by law.
If the legally required consent, acknowledgement or contract confirmation was not obtained or provided correctly, your statutory cancellation rights may continue.
8. Services started during the cancellation period
Where a service begins during a statutory cancellation period at your express request, and you later cancel before the service is fully supplied, we may be entitled to charge a proportionate amount for the service already supplied, where permitted by law.
Any proportionate deduction will be based on:
- the total contractual price;
- the period of access already supplied;
- the digital features already used or delivered; and
- applicable consumer protection rules.
We will not impose an arbitrary cancellation charge.
9. When a refund may be available
A full or partial refund may be available where:
- you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right;
- we charge you after a cancellation was properly completed before renewal;
- you are charged twice for the same purchase;
- the amount charged differs from the price displayed and agreed at checkout;
- paid access was not activated within a reasonable period because of an error attributable to us;
- the digital service is faulty, unavailable or materially different from its description;
- a refund is required under applicable consumer law; or
- we agree that exceptional circumstances justify a refund.
A refund request will be assessed using the purchase details, account records, payment records, service availability logs and applicable consumer law.
10. Change-of-mind requests
Outside any applicable statutory cancellation right, a change-of-mind refund is not automatically available after digital access has been activated or used.
This is particularly relevant where:
- readings or interpretations have already been generated;
- premium tools have been accessed;
- digital reports have been created;
- account history features have been used;
- community features have been activated; or
- a substantial part of the paid access period has passed.
We may still consider a discretionary request in exceptional circumstances, but this does not create a general entitlement to a refund.
11. Dissatisfaction with a reading
Tarot, oracle, astrology, numerology, dream and related content is symbolic, subjective and provided for entertainment and personal reflection.
A refund is not normally due solely because:
- you disagree with a reading;
- the interpretation does not match your expectations;
- a predicted or hoped-for event does not occur;
- you do not find the reading personally meaningful;
- another reader, website or person gives a different opinion; or
- you change your mind after receiving the digital result.
This section does not affect your rights where the service itself is faulty, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or materially different from its description.
12. Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed service
Contact us where a paid digital service:
- cannot be accessed despite successful payment;
- repeatedly fails because of a fault attributable to VoxFati;
- does not provide the material feature described at purchase;
- is corrupted or technically unusable; or
- has not been supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may:
- restore access;
- correct the fault;
- repeat the failed digital delivery;
- extend the access period;
- offer an appropriate price reduction; or
- issue a full or partial refund.
We may first ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps, such as:
- refreshing the page;
- signing out and signing in again;
- confirming your browser and device;
- checking your internet connection; or
- providing a screenshot of the error.
13. Temporary outages
Short periods of maintenance, temporary interruption or third-party service disruption do not automatically create a right to a full refund.
Where an interruption is significant and materially prevents use of a paid service, we may provide:
- an access extension;
- account credit, where offered;
- a partial refund; or
- another appropriate remedy.
The remedy will depend on the length and impact of the interruption and the legal rights applicable to the purchase.
14. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if:
- the same purchase appears to have been charged more than once;
- the charged amount differs from your checkout confirmation;
- a cancelled subscription renews in error; or
- you do not recognise a VoxFati charge.
Provide:
- the account email address;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the payment provider receipt or transaction reference; and
- the last four digits of the payment card, where necessary and safe to provide.
Never send the complete card number or security code.
15. Unauthorised payments
If you believe a payment was made without your permission:
- contact your bank or payment provider promptly;
- secure your VoxFati account and email account;
- change any reused passwords; and
- contact us at info@voxfati.com .
We may temporarily restrict the account while the transaction is investigated.
16. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
You must not knowingly initiate a false or fraudulent chargeback.
Where a payment is disputed or reversed:
- the related paid access may be suspended;
- we may provide relevant purchase and access records to the payment provider;
- associated benefits may be removed; and
- the account may remain restricted until the dispute is resolved.
This does not restrict your right to challenge a genuinely unauthorised or incorrect payment.
17. Refund method
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
We may use another reasonable method where:
- the original payment method is no longer available;
- the payment provider requires another process;
- the original transaction cannot technically be refunded; or
- you expressly agree to another lawful method.
We will not normally issue a cash refund for a payment originally made electronically.
18. Refund timing
Where a refund is required, we will process it without undue delay and within any applicable statutory deadline.
Once submitted by us, the time taken for the refund to appear depends on:
- the payment provider;
- your bank or card issuer;
- the payment method;
- weekends and public holidays; and
- any payment security review.
Payment providers and banks may take several working days to display an approved refund.
19. Promotions, discounts and complimentary access
Promotional or discounted purchases are subject to this policy and applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is approved for a discounted purchase, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid, not the standard undiscounted price.
Complimentary access:
- has no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for money;
- does not create a refund entitlement; and
- may be withdrawn where granted in error or misused.
20. Account closure
Closing or deleting your VoxFati account does not automatically:
- create a refund entitlement;
- reverse completed payments;
- cancel a payment dispute; or
- remove records that we must retain for legal, tax, fraud prevention or accounting purposes.
Cancel any active recurring membership before requesting account deletion.
Where account closure is requested while a paid period remains, we may ask whether you wish to:
- keep the account active until the paid period ends; or
- close the account immediately and lose access to the remaining period.
21. Accounts terminated for misuse
A refund may be refused to the extent permitted by law where access is suspended or terminated because of:
- fraud;
- payment abuse;
- unauthorised account sharing;
- attempts to bypass payment controls;
- unlawful activity;
- serious harassment or abuse; or
- another material breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Each case will be considered in light of the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
22. How to request a refund
Send your request to:
Refund and cancellation requests

- your VoxFati account email;
- the product, membership or add-on purchased;
- the purchase date;
- the amount paid;
- the payment receipt or transaction reference;
- whether you are requesting cancellation, a refund or both; and
- a brief explanation of the issue.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the account, payment or circumstances.
23. Model cancellation wording
You may use the following wording to notify us of a statutory cancellation:
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following VoxFati digital service:
Service or membership:
Order date:
Account email:
Customer name:
Customer address, where required:
Date of cancellation notice:
You may adapt this wording. A clear written statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient where a statutory cancellation right applies.

Include:
- the original request;
- the response received;
- why you believe the decision should be reconsidered; and
- any additional supporting evidence.
We will review the available information and provide a further response within a reasonable period.
25. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to:
- digital content being of satisfactory quality;
- digital content being fit for purpose;
- digital content matching its description;
- services being provided with reasonable care and skill;
- cancellation of distance contracts; and
- remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital services.
26. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect:
- changes to our access plans;
- new payment or cancellation functionality;
- changes in consumer law;
- changes to payment provider processes; or
- improvements in clarity.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
27. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
