Soul Flight: Astral Projection and the Magical Universe

Forget everything you thought you knew about astral projection. Long-held notions-such as leaving your body and the silver cord-are boldly challenged in this revolutionary book by Donald Tyson, who offers a fresh understanding of the astral experience. Tyson's compelling theory proposes that the astral plane-a fantastic realm just as real as the physical world-is a dimension within our minds! Soul Flight presents a captivating history of astral practice that goes back to ancient shamans and medieval witches. Tyson also covers the practical aspects of astral projection and includes exercises for achieving this altered state of consciousness. Readers will learn about a variety of astral doorways (crystals, mirrors, Kabbalah, Tree of Life, runes, tarot) into this incredible dimension, in addition to the spirit beings-fairies, saints, angels, elementals-they're likely to meet there. Also included are rituals for safety, astral etiquette, and tips for using spirit guides on your extraordinary travels.
