Foundations of Fire and Ice Shamanism and Germanic Hex Craft: Book One of the Fire and Ice Shamanism Series

This will be the first book in a series of three, on the topic of “Fire and Ice Shamanism and Germanic Hex Craft.” The goal of these books will be to lay out a coherent progression of the information that will allow the reader to absorb the knowledge as effectively and easily as possible. The knowledge and exercises in these books will help the reader develop the focused mind that is needed to effectively practice the skills of internal and external journey work as well as the other basic practices in Germanic shamanism. My intent for writing these books is to help interested people to understand and practice the shamanic and magical/hex traditions of the Northern European peoples.
