Angels and nature spirits of all kinds do exist, but we cannot normally see them because our perception is attuned to the physical level of life, and they live in the subtle levels of reality.

We did not imagine fairies, sylphs, angels and all the other beings we saw as children - our senses were simply still open enough for the subtle planes so that we were able to perceive these beings.

Charles Webster Leadbeater (1854-1934), one of the most advanced clairvoyants of mankind, was also able to perceive the subtle planes of life and their inhabitants and reported on his experiences with them in articles. Some of his articles on this subject are compiled in this book.
