Wanting it badly was never the method.

You have pictured it. You have wanted it hard enough. And it has stayed exactly where it was — because wanting hard is itself a broadcast of not-having, and what arrives follows the broadcast, not the effort.

This is a workbook for the whole procedure, end to end. Not a read. A quarter’s training in a single object, written in by hand.

THE BROADCAST — find out what you are actually sending

The reversal test, scored nought to ten on day zero and re-scored every week — the one number the whole quarter is read against. Then the leak list: your own installed opposition, and the radiated doubt of the people around you.

THE ORDER — close every loophole

An incomplete order is filled as written. So the pain is visited once, deliberately, for fuel — then five domains passed in a fixed sequence, emotions last; a loophole reading run against the draft like an adversary; dream, aim, objective and goal tiered with deadlines only where deadlines belong; and all of it written by hand.

THE PICTURE — train the seeing and the feeling

The nightly scene through your own eyes. The feeling found, named, and held for sixty-eight timed seconds. A diagnostic for weak pictures. A dream-building visit to stand inside the actual thing. And act as if — the daytime half of the same training.

THE RELEASE — the half everyone skips

One sentence, said aloud while the feeling is still warm. A film of not getting it, screened until the grip lets go. The how declared not your job. A dial in the chest, read three times a day. And the silence — why you tell almost nobody.

THE MOUTH — govern the all-day transmission

Speaking with authority. Why spoken beats thought. The full cancel-cancel protocol. The words you live in. Blessing instead of cursing. And a ladder of true sentences climbed one honest rung at a time, until the order itself is spoken daily at full voice.

THE STATE — the band it all rides on

Two sits a day with one focal point kept for months. The far-gaze walk. The low breath. Gratitude aimed at the foundations and never at the pain. Prayer, reframed for what it is actually for.

THEN TWELVE WEEKS THAT REPEAT ON PURPOSE

Eight weeks training the faculties, a fortnight each, on small practice targets. Then four weeks placing one real, complete order: a page a day — eighty-four daily pages in all — with sits, session, spoken order, sentence and dial ticked daily, and a line for what arrived and what you did about it. Weekly closes. Identical reviews at weeks four, eight and twelve. A forty-point score taken at week nine and again at week twelve, so the close reads as a before-and-after in your own handwriting.

And a page most books of this kind would never print: the five places this material appears to argue with itself, named and resolved on the page. A method that survives being argued with is worth more than one protected from questions.

8.25 × 6 inches, landscape, cream paper — it opens flat on the nightstand and stays open. Every left page teaches. Every right page is yours.

No outcome is promised. The teachings are presented faithfully as the record’s claims; where material sits behind the source’s paid courses it is named as such, never invented. Nothing here is medical or financial advice.
